Delivery

We ship across the UK mainland. Stock items are usually despatched within 2 working days; larger kits may take longer and we'll confirm a date by email. Shipping charges shown at checkout cover standard tracked delivery.

Free shipping

Where a free-shipping threshold is shown, it applies to the order subtotal excluding shipping and any VAT.

International

We do not ship outside the UK via the online shop. For international hires or international sales please contact us directly at ercsltd@yahoo.com.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel a consumer order. Return the goods in original condition to:

Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Faulty goods

Contact us at ercsltd@yahoo.com if your order arrives faulty or damaged. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
